A Family Run Home

From the very beginning, I have been involved in the care home, starting when it opened. While pursuing an apprenticeship in hairdressing, I decided to devote myself fully to the family business. I began as a cleaner, then became a cook, and eventually moved into caregiving. Along the way, I gained qualifications in caregiving and later became a Registered Manager.

Our care home truly is a family affair. I married and had four children, all of whom have worked at the home. Today, both my daughters serve as deputy managers, helping to uphold the family tradition. Our six grandchildren are frequent visitors, adding to the warm, familial atmosphere we strive to maintain.

Our Staff

One of the things that sets us apart is our incredible team. We have a very low staff turnover rate, with some team members having been with us for nearly 20 years. This stability helps us provide consistent, high-quality care and fosters a sense of community and continuity for our residents.
